Built on a simple insight

Jobman Global — founded in 2022 and incorporated in 2024 — was built on a simple insight: businesses lose time, money and momentum when they depend on multiple vendors who don't talk to each other. HR works in isolation. Compliance runs separately. Finance, operations and support services move in different directions. The result is confusion, delays and zero accountability. We set out to change that.

While numerous consulting firms exist, most lack efficient execution across business disciplines — from inception to establishment to continuous operations. The absence of an organized, one-stop solution forces businesses to juggle multiple providers, resulting in delays, inefficiencies, frustration and increased expense.

Chief Executive Officer

Akhil Kedia

A Resource Management Expert with over fifteen years of diverse experience across investment banking, HR, payroll, compliance and staffing. His career has spanned multiple domains and roles, giving him a panoramic understanding of how organisations function — and where they struggle.

Through this journey, Akhil observed recurring, yet resolvable gaps across the industry: fragmented execution, multiple touchpoints for clients, and the absence of a unified ecosystem that brings varied expertise together. Recognising the opportunity to simplify and strengthen business operations for clients, he built Jobman Global.

He is a management graduate from Bangalore University. Three guiding principles define his personal and professional philosophy:
